The honest math — our flat price vs the hourly meter
Hourly services charge $90–$95 an hour, and a treatment typically takes 1.5 to 2 hours per person — that is $135–$190, plus per-kilometre travel charges, and you only learn the total when the work is done. Ours is $165, agreed on WhatsApp before we come.
On an hourly meter, two treatments run about $270–$380 before travel charges — and one local service charges $120 an hour after 8 PM. Ours stays $285, morning or evening, with both free day-7 checks included.
An at-home check with an hourly service starts at a $95 one-hour minimum, plus mileage. Ours is $30 + $20 plus one flat $25 travel fee — and if you go ahead with treatment at the same visit, the check and the travel fee are waived completely.

How much will it cost in total?
You will know before we come. Our prices are flat: a head check is $30 for the first person and $20 for each additional person in the same home, and a full treatment is $165 for the first person and $120 for each additional family member, travel included. We confirm your exact total on WhatsApp before the visit. An hourly service cannot tell you the total in advance — the meter runs until the work is done.
I found lice tonight — can you still come?
Yes. Message us on WhatsApp any time — we reply within the hour, and our price is the same in the evening as in the morning. No after-hours premium, ever.
Why not just use a pharmacy shampoo?
Store shampoos often miss the eggs, and many lice no longer respond to the chemicals in them — so the cycle starts again a week later. A professional comb-out removes lice and eggs mechanically, with no pesticides, and our free day-7 check confirms they are really gone.
How long does a visit take?
About 30 minutes to 1 hour per person, depending on hair length and thickness and how severe the case is. A whole family is usually handled in a single visit.
